Refund Policy 

At Bove Solutions Group, we strive to provide professional, reliable, and high-quality services. Due to the nature of the services we offer, most services are non-refundable once they have been scheduled, initiated, or completed.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Notary services

  • Document preparation services

  • Insurance consultation or assistance

  • Marketing services that have already been initiated

  • Any completed service

Clients are encouraged to contact us before purchasing any service if they are unsure which service is appropriate for their needs.

Marketing Membership Refunds

An exception applies to our monthly marketing membership plans.

If a client decides to cancel a marketing membership within 30 days of the current billing cycle, the client may request a 50% refund of that month's membership fee.

After 30 days, the membership fee for that billing cycle becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Bove Solutions Group through our official contact channels.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under the terms outlined above, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
